This is how every order on rapidolabel.com runs today:
1. Upload
Choose size, material and quantity in the online builder and upload the artwork.
2. Automatic proof
A digital proof is generated automatically and approved online – no emails with attachments.
3. Production files
Approved orders get production files and a JDF job ticket for our HP Indigo press automatically.
4. Shipping
Labels are printed, cut, packed and shipped with tracking.
White-label ordering portal – apply for access
For approved partners we offer the same flow as a white-label ordering portal: your brand in front, your customers place and approve their own orders, and we produce and ship. Each portal is set up per partner after approval – it is not an instant self-serve signup. Tell us in your application how you sell today and what you would need.
On our roadmap (not available yet): order intake by API or hot folder, so partners with steady volume can send jobs straight from their own system. If that matters to you, mention the software you use.

Pricing, shipping and payment
Trade pricing on approval
Our public prices in the instant quote builder are the starting point; trade pricing depends on your monthly volume and is confirmed when your account is approved.
Blind shipping on request
Plain packaging with no Rapido Labels branding and your return address on the shipping label is available on request – ask for it in your application.
Paid per order
Orders are paid by card at checkout, like any order on the site. We don’t offer net terms at this time.
Proofs and setup
Every design gets a free digital proof. The usual one-time setup fee per design applies, and reorders of the same design are quick.

Who can apply for a trade account?
Print shops, sign shops, designers, agencies, distributors and brands that order labels regularly. Tell us your company, website and typical monthly volume, and we usually reply within one business day.
Can you ship without Rapido branding?
Yes, on request: blind shipping in plain packaging with your return address on the shipping label can be arranged for approved accounts. Mention it in your application so we can confirm it for your orders.
Is the white-label ordering portal ready to use today?
It is set up per partner after approval, not as an instant self-serve signup. Until your portal is ready you can order on rapidolabel.com with the same automatic proofs and production.
How does trade pricing work?
Trade pricing is offered on approval and depends on your volume. The prices in our instant quote builder are the starting point, and we confirm your trade pricing when we approve your account.
