How fast can I get my labels?
Orders approved before noon ET typically ship within two business days from our shop in Kitchener, Ontario. If you need your labels by a certain date, tell us your deadline and we’ll confirm the fastest date.
When does the turnaround clock start?
Production starts as soon as you approve your digital proof. Business days exclude weekends and Canadian statutory holidays.
Can you meet a specific deadline?
Request a rush quote with your deadline in the “Needed by” field. Tell us your deadline and we’ll confirm the fastest date before you commit.
How much does rush cost?
Your label price is shown in the builder before you order, plus a one-time $45 setup fee per item (per design), and shipping is a flat $35 per order, added at checkout. For a rush quote, we confirm the price together with the fastest date.
Do all labels take the same time?
No. Large, specialty (foil, raised UV) or high-quantity orders may take longer; we will tell you on your proof if so.
How will I know my order has shipped?
When your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
