Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed with Rapido Labels (“we”, “us”), 40 Adam Ferrie Pl., Kitchener, ON N2E 2A9, Canada, through rapidolabel.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Quotes and prices

Prices are calculated by our online quote builder in Canadian dollars and are confirmed at checkout. Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) and shipping are shown before you pay. Prices may change for new orders and reorders; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before production, and you may cancel for a full refund if you do not accept the corrected price.

2. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment processor. Your order is confirmed when payment is approved.

3. Artwork and proofs

  • You are responsible for the content of your artwork, including spelling, text, barcodes, ingredient and regulatory information.
  • We send a free digital proof before printing. Production starts only after you approve it. Please check it carefully: once approved, the proof is final, and errors that appear on an approved proof are not eligible for a free reprint.
  • Colours on screen and on home printers differ from printed labels. Small variations in colour, cut position and size are normal in commercial printing.
  • You confirm you own or have permission to use everything in your artwork (logos, images, fonts, trademarks) and that it is lawful. You agree to cover any claims that arise from artwork you supply. We may refuse artwork that is unlawful, infringing or offensive.
  • You keep all rights to your artwork. You allow us to use it only to produce, reprint and support your orders.

4. Production and delivery

Turnaround times are estimates that start after proof approval. Delivery times depend on the carrier. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details.

5. Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel an order free of charge until you approve your proof. After approval, the order goes into production and can no longer be cancelled or changed.

6. Defects and our guarantee

If your labels arrive misprinted, damaged or different from your approved proof, contact us as described in our Shipping & Returns policy and we will reprint or refund them. This is your exclusive remedy for defective products, in addition to any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, product recalls or relabelling costs, including those caused by errors on an approved proof. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your province that cannot be limited.

8. Accounts and reviews

Keep your account login secure. Reviews must be honest and about your own order; we may decline reviews that are abusive, off-topic or contain personal information.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
