Freezer-grade labels that stay put in the cold
Ordinary adhesives lose their grip when the temperature drops, so labels curl and fall off. Freezer-grade white stock uses an adhesive designed for cold storage, so labels on frozen meals, ice cream tubs, bags and bins stay where you put them.

Good to know
Getting good results in the cold
Apply before you freeze
Freezer adhesives bond best to a clean, dry surface at normal room temperature. Let the label set for a while before the product goes into the freezer.
Condensation is the enemy
Frost and moisture on the container can stop any label sticking. Wipe the surface dry first.
Texture matters
Soft, flexible or heavily textured bags are harder to stick to than rigid tubs. Smaller labels on gentle curves hold best.
Test your container
Packaging coatings vary. Put a test label on your actual container, freeze it for a few days, and check the edges before ordering a large run.
Our recommendation
Our material recommendation
Select the freezer-grade white stock in the builder for anything stored frozen. For refrigerated or chilled-only products, our standard waterproof white stock is usually enough. If your product goes from freezer to fridge to table, tell us in the notes.

Not usually. Our standard waterproof stock handles chilled products and condensation.
Can I print dates or batch codes?
The instant quote prints fixed artwork. For variable data, send a custom quote request.
