2 × 0.75 in labels
2 × 0.75 in works out to 51 × 19 mm – a little smaller than a USB stick. We checked it against common containers: it works for a wrap around the 10 ml roller bottle (2.35 in round) as well as a standard 1.25 in shelf-edge channel. Layout budget: about 3 lines of roughly 30 characters at 8 pt. 0.75 × 2 is simply this size in the other orientation – same die, same price.

Who orders 2 × 0.75 in labels
Full wrap: 10 ml roller bottle
2 in around a 2.35 in body is a near-complete wrap; keep barcodes away from the 0.35 in seam.
Shelf-edge labels
0.75 in tall slides into a 1.25 in channel with 0.5 in to spare; 2 in fits price, name and code.
SKU and barcode labels
Too small for UPC-A; a 0.75 in QR or a Code 128 SKU fits the 2 × 0.75 face.
Thank-you stickers
Close the tissue wrap in an order with a 51 × 19 mm thank-you sticker.
Getting the layout right
Keep text and logos inside a 1.875 × 0.625 in safe area and do not go below 6 pt. Place the barcode at least 0.1 in from either end – on the 10 ml roller bottle the seam lands there.
On flat packs allow 2.25 × 1 in. On round containers the 2 in side wraps a 0.72 in diameter or larger.
2 × 0.75 in has 0% more space than 3 × 0.5 in, while 2.25 × 0.75 in adds 13% more.
