At half an inch tall, use a single line of text at 6 to 8 pt; very fine serif fonts can fill in, so choose a clean sans-serif.
A 1.25 × 0.75 in flat panel is ideal; for wraps pick containers around 0.4 in diameter or bigger for the 1 in length.

Our builder accepts sizes down to 0.25 inch, but 1 by 0.5 inch is about the smallest practical size for readable text. For tiny labels, choose a simple design and one line of text.
