Keep text and logos inside a 7.875 × 1.375 in safe area and do not go below 7 pt. Wrapped jobs: nothing important within 0.5 in of the left and right ends, where the seam lands.
Leave room: 8.25 × 1.75 in of flat surface is ideal. If you wrap it, containers near 2.63 in across (with the 8 in side going around) leave a small seam gap.
8 × 1.5 in is 0% larger in area than 6 × 2 in, and 12 × 1 in is 0% bigger still.
