Design tip for this size
If your carrier label is printed by thermal printer, a full-colour pre-printed 4 by 6 inch label can carry your branding with a blank area for the carrier to print the address.
Leave room: 4.25 × 6.25 in of flat surface is ideal. If you wrap it, containers near 1.35 in across (with the 4 in side going around) leave a small seam gap.
4 × 6 in is 3% larger in area than 4.25 × 5.5 in; 6 × 4 in is 0% bigger still.
