Where 3 × 4 in labels work best

Supplement bottles
Fronts of 150 cc to 250 cc supplement bottles.
Coffee and tea pouches

Design notes
On wine bottles, the label sits on the straight body below the shoulder; a 3 by 4 inch label fits most Bordeaux-style bottles with space to spare.
Fit check: as a front label it needs a flat panel of about 3.25 × 4.25 in; wrapped around a bottle, the 3 in length suits containers from roughly 1.03 in diameter up.
Against 4 × 3 in you gain 0% more face with 3 × 4 in – going up to 6 × 2 in gives 0% more.
