QR code labels for packaging, menus and signage
A QR code sticker can link a pack to a menu, a website, a review page or a how-to video. We print the QR artwork you supply: one fixed code per design, with a proof to check layout. We do not generate or test QR codes for you.

QR labels that scan
Contrast and quiet zone
Dark code on a light background, with a clear margin, is the most reliable.
Size for distance
Phone scanning needs a code larger than about 2 cm; bigger for table or wall use.
Test the proof
Scan the proof on screen and from print before you approve.
Use a stable link
Printed codes cannot be changed. Use a link you control, or a redirect service you trust.
Our recommendation
Our recommendation
Matte finish on white stock avoids glare that can defeat phone cameras. Avoid gloss for codes and avoid very small sizes.
Typical sizes
Sizes people usually order
These are starting points, not limits: the instant quote accepts your exact size. Measure the flat area of your container first.

Barcode and SKU labels
If each product has its own fixed barcode, a printed label per SKU is a tidy way to get it onto the pack.
Warehouse and inventory labels
Warehouse labels are about legibility at a glance.
Thank-you stickers
A thank-you sticker is the cheapest piece of branding in a parcel: it closes the tissue paper, seals the bag and says someone cared.
Packaging seal stickers
A seal sticker closes a flap, a bag fold or a tissue wrap and puts your mark on the moment of opening.
