Before you design
Square artwork looks best when the logo is centred with equal margins; a 1.5 inch square forgives a slightly busier design than 1 inch, but two lines of text is still the comfortable limit.
A 1.75 × 1.75 in flat panel is ideal; for wraps pick containers around 0.56 in diameter or bigger for the 1.5 in length.
Against 1.25 × 1.25 in you gain 44% more face with 1.5 × 1.5 in – going up to 1.75 × 1.75 in gives 36% more.
