Design notes
A label this size on a round container should not cover more than about a third of the circumference if you want the full face visible from the front.
On flat packs allow 4.25 × 5.25 in. On round containers the 4 in side wraps a 1.35 in diameter or larger.
Against 6 × 3.25 in you gain 3% more face with 4 × 5 in, and going up to 8 × 2.5 in gives 0% more.

أسئلة شائعة
Can a 4x5 label go on a round tub?
Yes, if the tub is wide enough; a 4 inch width on a 4 inch diameter tub covers about a third of the way around, which reads well from the front.
What do 1,000 4 × 5 in labels cost?
1,000 cost $271.90 – $0.272 a label – while the smallest run (250) is $170.64. The $45.00 artwork setup is charged once.
What is the maximum roll size for 4 × 5 in labels?
A full 3″-core roll carries around 2,500; small 1″ cores about 660. Bigger orders ship on several rolls.
What resolution is needed for 4 × 5 in labels?
300 dpi: 1,238 × 1,538 px. That covers the 4.125 × 5.125 in bleed area; vector PDF or SVG avoids resolution worries altogether.
