Design tip for this size
On narrow tall labels avoid long horizontal words; break the product name onto two lines or set it vertically along the label.
Flat surfaces should measure 2.25 × 4.25 in or more. Used as a wrap, 2 in covers a bottle of about 0.72 in diameter almost completely.
Over 4 × 2 in, 2 × 4 in offers 0% extra label area; the next size, 8 × 1 in, is 0% roomier.

معلومات مفيدة
What bottles suit a 2x4 label?
Slim bottles with a straight section at least 4 inches tall, such as 5 oz woozy hot sauce bottles and tall dropper bottles. Measure the straight part of the glass, not the full height.
How much do 2 × 4 in labels cost?
$147.86 for 250 and $181.78 for 1,000 ($0.182 each) on matte white paper today, plus $45.00 setup once per design.
Can I get 2 × 4 in labels on a 1 inch core?
Yes – roughly 830 max on 1″ (handheld dispensers), versus 3,100 on the standard 3″ core.
What resolution is needed for 2 × 4 in labels?
300 dpi: 638 × 1,238 px. That covers the 2.125 × 4.125 in bleed area; vector PDF or SVG avoids resolution worries altogether.
